Terms of Service

By creating an Upsell account or installing our widget you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The service

We provide a hosted AI agent for ecommerce — a dashboard, a widget, and APIs. We work hard to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and transient errors are part of operating any production system.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secret. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use the service to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or quotas.
• Make sure you have the rights to upload any content (knowledge sources, products, customer data) you put into Upsell.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing dashboard — cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partially-used periods.

Liability

Upsell is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll notify active accounts by email and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
